Organic hemp seeds grown in pure northern nature, are unprocessed and excellent source of protein and energy, containing all eight amino acids that are essential for our bodies and twelve other amino acids. Hemp seed also has the perfect balance of omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids for humans.

Hemp seeds can be eaten as they are, added to e.g. salads, yoghurt, muesli or smoothies, used in baking and cooking, etc. The seeds can also be sprouted.
