HEMP COSMETICS
The hemp oil used in cosmetics is acquired through cold pressing hemp seeds. All seeds are produced in Finland, and the ingredients used in cosmetics meet the criteria of natural cosmetics. Hemp oil is great for skin care due to its diverse omega-6 and omega-3 fatty acid content.
Hemp oil also contains precious gamma-linolenic acid (GLA, omega-6) and stearidonic acid (SDA, omega-3), which are rare in vegetable oils. Both are biologically valuable and important for human lipid metabolism and may prevent infections. In addition, the oil contains plenty of vitamin E. The green colour of the oil comes from chlorophyll, which hemp seeds contain naturally.
